1. 将处理剂擦拭于鞋材上，干燥后经紫外线照射，光起始剂分裂产生自由基，引发聚合反应，促使鞋材极性增加黏着度。
2. 数秒钟内瞬间干燥，省空间、省能源。提高品质、大量生产、 降低成本。特殊风路设计，低温，避免EVA发泡变形。
3. 灯管无法正常点灯时，立即警报并显示故障灯，未依标准程度点灯检知，UV系统故障时，警示灯闪烁并停止输送带动作。
1. Put the primer on the shoe materials, after drying, through UV's radiation,  to make the shoe material more  attaching. 
2. Fast drying, save space and energy, improve the quality, mass production, low the production cost, with low  temp. to avoid shape distortion of  EVA foaming 
3. If UV lamp cannot work with bright,  machine will start alarms to show by trouble light. When UV system have problem, alarm light will spark  and conveyor stop working.
