由于落针准确，设备能够缝制出精美的平行线迹和正面线迹。采用了伺服控制和钢性提高的送布装置，因此可缝制出高精度图案，即使高速缝纫或缝纫厚料时，也不会发生电脑花饰机常有的不良线迹和偏位问题。

大压脚更换快速Simple to change clamp 

拆卸4颗螺丝即可快速更换大压脚。也可通过定位销准确安装。

Remove the 4 screws to replaced clamp, also can be installed to the accurate position rapidly.

 

准确定位以更换送布板Accurate positioning in order to change the feed plate

对准送布板和底板的参照孔，将送布板装到底板上，拧紧螺栓，即可完成安装。可方便地准确定位送布板。

According to the reference of the feeding plate to the bottom plate hole,the feeding plate easily 
cna fix on the bottom  plate, tighten the bolts to complete the installation. Accurate positioning of plate can be conveniently fix up.

内置大容量内存Set to large capacity of memory

缝纫机可在其内存中存储大量数据（512个图案，500,000针*）。每次更改缝纫图案后无需重新装载缝纫图案。另外，CF卡(CompactFlash)闪存卡用作于存储媒介，读写速度加快，可将大量数据复制或转移至其他缝纫机或电脑中以便进行数据管理。

可在操作盘上输入一个数值轻松设置压脚的高度。根据布料的厚度设置一个合适的压脚高度可防止过多或不足的压脚下压操作，从而使底面线松紧度保持一致。使用编程器PD-3000*，可在缝纫数据中设置中间压脚高度。由于可设置高度，所以高度可根据布料厚度的改变而改变。
