【产品特点】 1、应用广泛，可用于纤维素纤维直接、活性、硫化染料、酸性、分散染料和印花织物的固色处理；
2、提高织物的干湿摩擦牢度1.5~2.5级；
3、不影响色光和日晒牢度；处理后的织物手感保持不变；
4、不含甲醛与APEO，符合欧盟REACH法规环保要求。
5、可和阳离子硅油、柔软剂等同浴使用，减少操作工序，降低生产成本。
6.耐水洗。

【Use pad technology】 :30-40g / L, (use in 20g / L may increase 0.5, 30 g / L may increase a, 40 g / L may improve the 1.5-2 level) at room temperature dip rolling,> 150 ℃ drying.

In the course of the work required to strictly control the PH value of solution, PH value is too low, the solution to clarify the role of wet Murti l do not; PH value is too high, turbid with flocculent solution, easy sticky roller, PH between 5.5 ~ 6.5 , the working fluid was slightly cloudy appearance of shape, color fastness beyond the scope of this PH will be greatly reduced. After the result of dyeing cloth surface with alkali or acid, affect the PH value of solid-color bath, so regularly check the misalignment. Working bath temperature 5 ℃ -60 ℃, the temperature of the high and low on the effect of impact on us.
【使用方法】轧染工艺：30-40g/L，（用量在20g/L时可提高0.5级，30 g/L时可提高1级，40 g/L时可提高1.5-2级）室温浸轧，＞150℃烘干。
浸渍工艺：3-4% (o.w.f)，室温浸染10-15min，脱水后＞150℃烘干。
注意：需严格控制固浴PH值，建议控制在6（酸度计测量）；可以添加适量冰醋酸或碳酸钠进行调节。在使用过程需严格控制工作液的PH值，PH值太低，溶液澄清，对湿摩提升作用不大；PH值太高，溶液混浊有絮状，易粘辊，PH在5.5-6.5之间时，工作液外观呈微浊状，超出此PH范围牢度就会大大降低。因染后布面上有碱或酸，影响固色浴的PH值，所以要定时检查调正。 工作浴温度在5℃-60℃,温度的高低对效果的影响不大。
