本机特点：

一、本机适用于刷PU胶·油性胶等。

二、密閉式設計，可有效防止膠水：（1）表層凝固，濃度變高

     （2）涂布性不佳，膠太厚造成浪費 （3）黏度升高，膠水變質，影響拉力。

三、可節約20%PU膠用量，有效改善工作環境之空氣質量，維護工作人員健康。

四、不需經沾膠過程，可提高8%以上之工作效率，

       在操作中有充分的自我檢視時間。

五、配金旺刷膠器，用多少膠調流多少膠，不剩膠不浪費。

注意事项：

一．打开机盖前一定要先泄压。

二．供氧之氧管内不可有水氧存在，以免造成压力桶内胶水变质。

三.氧气桶气压必须维持在4kg/c㎡左右，脚踏开关及压管开关之氧气须维持在4kg/c㎡左右

四．下班时应将出胶口关门及进气口关门开关

五．保持压力桶管道清洁，停止使用48小时以上时，应先将机器清洗干净，连续使用一个月时，应将机器清洗干净一次，以免造成管道堵塞。

 Notices:

I. make sure to release the pressure before opening the cover.

2. There shall be no water or oxygen in the oxygen supply pipe to avoid deterioration of the glue in the pressure barrel.

3. The air pressure of oxygen tank must be maintained at about 4kg / C ㎡, and the oxygen of foot switch and pressure pipe switch must be maintained at about 4kg / C ㎡

4. close the rubber outlet and air inlet at the time of off duty

5. keep the pipeline of pressure barrel clean. When the pressure barrel is not used for more than 48 hours, the machine shall be cleaned first. When the pressure barrel is used continuously for one month, the machine shall be cleaned once to avoid pipeline blockage.
