【Usage】
Dilution method: First the high concentration products diluted into a standard concentration used, under normal circumstances can be diluted 2-3 times more to use, the use of tap water at room temperature diluted. Can also be diluted according to customer requirements.
Before carrying out solid-color processing, please adequate rinsing dyed fabrics (if need be, soap) to remove residual dye, salt and alkali, in order to ensure effective follow-up of solid colors.
Recommended dosage and processes in general:
1. Impregnation method:
Fixing agent BS: 1 - 6% owf
Bath ratio :1:15-20
Temperature & Time :30-50 ℃ × 15-20min
Dyed fabric dipping at 30-50 ℃ → fixing agent working fluid, run 15-30min → washing → drying.
2. Padding:
Fixing agent BS :20-60 g / l
Dyed fabric → room temperature, 2 rolling 2 Baptist fixing agent working solution → drying.
【使用方法】
稀释方法：先把高浓产品稀释成标准浓度使用，一般情况下可以稀释2-3倍使用，使用自来水，常温稀释。也可以按客户要求稀释。
在进行固色处理之前，请将染色织物充分的漂洗（有需要时进行皂洗），去除残存的染料、盐及碱，以保证后续的固色效果。
推荐一般用量与工序：
1.浸渍法：
固色剂BS：1- 6 % o.w.f
浴     比：1：15-20
温度&时间 ：30-50℃× 15-20min
染色布→浸渍于30-50℃的固色剂工作液中,运行15-30min→水洗→烘干.
2.浸轧法：
固色剂BS：20-60 g/l
染色布→室温，二浸二轧固色剂工作液→烘干。
