【Features】

2. 1．pH值滑动剂 是一种梯度酸，加入染浴后不象一般的游离酸那样，会使PH值马上降低，而是随温度的升高，逐渐释放出有机酸，使染浴的PH慢慢降低。
2．使用酸性染料、活性染料、媒介染料或金属络合染料染羊毛和锦纶织物时，起始时调染浴呈中性至弱碱性，染料的初染速率低，上染均匀，然后染浴随温度升高逐步成酸性，能促进染料的上染完全，保证了最佳的染色重现性。
3．由于初染率低，匀染性好，所以可快速升温，使染色时间缩短，提高染色的生产效率。
4．可以在高温时加入，不像一般的游离酸那样会由于扩散不均匀而造成PH不均匀引起色花，释酸剂则可以先扩散，再释酸，使染浴的PH均匀下降，染色均匀。
5．pH值滑动剂 特别适合于锦纶和氯化丝光羊毛染色。
