【Usage】
Recommended dosage and Process:
Dosage: Baptist rolling craft: 40-60G / L (for the woven cloth)
Impregnation process :5.0-7 .0% (OWF), bath ratio: less than 1:10 (for knitted fabric) at room temperature 15-20 minutes

用量：浸扎工艺： 40-60G/L（用于梭织布）
浸渍工艺：5.0-7.0%（OWF），浴比：小于1：10（用于针织布）室温15-20分

【Process】
1, dyeing cloth → dipping, rolling, wet friction color fastness to enhance agent - dry (105-160 ℃)
The use of non-ionic softener Baptist, rolling friction and wet fastness of non-ionic agents were bath upgrade
2, dyeing fabric softener →
The use of cationic softener dipping, rolling softener - dehydration or 100-degree baking - rolling - drying - baking (120-160 ℃)
Note: 1, the product after reaction with the cloth without washing
2, with cationic additives to use the same bath, the effect will decline more, try not to use bath with cationic additives
3, chemical material, when not used as much as possible with a lot of impurities in the water (eg wells), you can use tap water or water-based materials.
【流程】
1、染色布→浸、轧湿磨擦牢度提升剂—烘干（105-160℃）
使用非离子柔软剂浸、轧非离子与湿磨擦牢度提升剂共浴液
2、染色布→柔软整理
使用阳离子柔软剂浸、轧柔软剂-脱水或100度烘干-轧-烘干-焙烘（120-160℃）
注意：1、该产品与布面反应后无需水洗
2、与阳离子助剂同浴使用，其效果会下降较多，尽量不与阳离子助剂同浴使用
3、化料时尽可能不使用含杂质较多的水（如井水），可使用自来水或饮水化料。
