SBA380系列高速自动皮带打孔裁断机是我公司完全独立设计开发的高性能机械，它广泛用于各种材料的皮（腰）带，手袋的背带等带状物品的打孔、裁断、烙印。
  

> INTEODUCTION
SB380,SB150series high speed automatic punching machines (for belts) are totally developed and made by our factory,it’s widely used in punching,cutting,coining and bronzing in belts,Waistband etc.
  

> 产品特点
一、高速度：完成一条皮带的打孔、裁断作业只需5秒钟，每小时产量高达700条以上，每8小时5000条以上；一名操作员可同时操作3-4台机器。
二、高自动化：操作人员只需将皮带装入输送机的料架中（一次可装入300-400条）然后按下启动按钮所有打孔（不管孔的大小多少、形状烙印均可一次完成。
三、高精密度：最高精密度可将皮带长度控制在1毫米以下，打出的孔形美观且孔无毛边。
四、高节能：每小时只需耗电2。2千瓦。
五、高度安全性：本机械是完全自动化，设计有电子门限开关保护，工作时完全不需人员介入。
六、操作简单：本机采用电脑控制、触摸屏输入、人机界面操作、直观人性化、模式化，几分钟内可完成一个新型体的输出工作。
