本机在测试加硫橡胶之反跳弹性。试法是移动铁棒，使指针在刻度100之位置，然后使铁棒自由落下，读取第4次打击时，弹回之高度，即为该试料之反跳弹性率。
It's used to test the bouncing flexibility of vulcanized rubber.Move iron bar,set pointer at position of scale 100degree then have iron bar drop off freely.When the 4th beating is read,thte heinht of bouncing is namely the bouncing flexibility rate of the said specimin.
